Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.deepspacefactory.com, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.
Deep Space Factory reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order.
01 Products offered
For each of the products offered by Deep Space Factory, the essential characteristics of the product are included. Items sold by lot or assortment cannot be sold separately.
The products are sold unassembled and unpainted, the photos of the figurines and painted elements are presented only to provide an idea of the possible final rendering.
The prices, descriptions and colors of the products offered are given for information only and may be modified according to supplies, economic conditions or the situation. Deep Space Factory marks its desire to be as precise as possible and to respect the reality of the products as well as possible.
If a description error appears on a product, Deep Space Factory undertakes to correct it as soon as possible.
It is up to the customer to check the conditions of use of the products he plans to order; Deep Space Factory excludes all liability in this regard.
02 Price
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€), VAT not applicable for micro-enterprises, art. 293B of the CGI.
These prices do not include postage and packing costs.
Prices may be modified at any time, unilaterally, without prior information, depending on supplies, economic conditions and the pricing policy of the various manufacturers and wholesalers.
The invoice is established on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the order taking.
The prices indicated are valid within the limits of available stocks.
03 Transport and packaging costs
We apply the rates of LaPoste, which can be viewed here: https://www.laposte.fr/tarifs-postaux-colis
Packaging is free.
04 Delivery
Orders are dispatched within an average of 3 to 8 working days, to the address given when ordering.
On delivery of the order, if a package is damaged, the customer must refuse it to the carrier; Deep Space Factory undertakes to carry out a free exchange of the order as soon as the carrier informs it.
05 Order
The sale is concluded upon acceptance of the delivery of the order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
Pursuant to the law of May 12, 1980, Deep Space Factory expressly reserves ownership of the goods until payment of the price, i.e. until receipt of payment receipt for Paypal transfers and until on the date of validation of the payment by the competent banking establishments for bank cards.
Deep Space Factory reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
06 Payment
The amount of the order is payable in full and in a single payment.
All orders are payable in euros (€)
When ordering: via Paypal or by credit card, showing the VISA or Mastercard symbol.
Once the order has been placed, no changes to your order will be possible. The bank details of the Deep Space Factory account are indicated on the invoice. The order will be sent upon receipt of payment. In case of non-full payment before sending the order, you have a period of 14 days to settle your invoice from the invoice date.
07 Warranty
Concerning the non-professional customer, all items are subject to a legal obligation of conformity, in accordance with articles L.211-1 of the consumer code.
Concerning the professional customer Deep Space Factory offers a contractual guarantee of a free standard exchange in return for a defective product.
08 Right of withdrawal / complaint
Items may be exchanged or refunded upon customer request.
No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used, worn, damaged, damaged, soiled, in any way whatsoever rendering the product unfit for sale.
Under the conditions provided for by article L121-16 and following of the consumer code and in the context of distance selling, the non-professional customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from receipt of his order which will be refunded against return of the products delivered, in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Deep Space Factory / Diot Aurélien 9 rue du tertre 95000 Cergy. The refund will be made to the customer account within a maximum period of 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
On request, the customer can be reimbursed by bank transfer. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Deep Space Factory undertakes to satisfy any other complaint quickly and, as much as possible, amicably, by email to deep.space.factory@gmail.com.
Upon receipt of the return, Deep Space Factory will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise and reserve the right to refuse it.
If the return is justified, Deep Space Factory undertakes to reimburse the item(s) to the customer.

09 Jurisdiction clauses
(Only between Deep Space Factory and the professional client)
The present contract is regulated by French law.
Disputes between Deep Space Factory and a professional customer, relating to the order, delivery, payment, or interpretation of these clauses will be subject, in the absence of amicable settlement, to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Pontoise (FRANCE) , in whose jurisdiction the seller’s head office is located, whatever the conditions of sale and the method of payment accepted, even in the event of a warranty claim, or multiple defendants, the seller however reserves the right to seize the territorially competent court to which the customer’s registered office belongs. The process will be the same for disputes between Deep Space Factory and a customer coming from a foreign territory.
