My Technique: Vacuum Resin Injection
I exclusively use a technique of polyurethane resin vacuum injection into silicone molds. This cutting-edge artisanal process is key to:
- Obtaining high-quality copies (your final resin pour).
- Eliminating air bubbles (pinholes/voids), which is crucial for detailed and fine parts like miniatures.

Resin Selection Tailored to Usage: 3D printing excellence also depends on the choice of material. I use different resins tailored to your model’s final use: an ABS-like resin for large models or those without fragile parts, and a very tough and flexible resin, perfectly suited for the intense handling of board game miniatures. This meticulous selection ensures the durability of your run.

This involves creating precise and dimensional 3D models, perfectly suited for technical objects, vehicles, robots, accessories, and terrain for your miniature and model ranges. I am proficient with the Rhino 3D design software. (Note: This service does not cover artistic 3D sculpting (organic surfaces).)
2. Optimization and Preparation of 3D Files
This is the most critical step to prevent production defects. Before casting or series printing, I conduct a rigorous technical feasibility analysis:
- Constraint Detection: Identifying issues specific to casting or serial 3D printing.
- Technical Audit: Detecting holes, overly fragile areas, or thin walls.
